Cashmere Repair Service

Repairing your cashmere is an important part of living more sustainably. By repairing and rewearing, you extend the life of your cashmere so that you can continue to love and wear it for many years.

Our repair service is no longer done in-house, but your repairs will still be done by Angela, the same highly skilled seamstress.

Please download the form below and fill it in. Pop it in a parcel along with your cashmere and post it to the address below (please note we have recently updated the address). Angela will then be in touch when she receives the parcel with a quote and invoice ahead of work being carried out.

Pricing:

Wash and recondition: £15

Wash, recondition and minor repair (e.g. up to three small holes): £20

Wash, recondition and elbow patches (including the patches and application): £32

A wash and recondition is required for all jumpers sent in for repair.

For anything more complicated Angela can quote you a price upon seeing the cashmere garment and the repairs needed. Please send your jumpers along with your repair form to:

Please note, we only repair 100% cashmere garments. Please do not post with cashmere for recycling as the addresses are different and this will cause delays. Read here to find out where to send cashmere for credit.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your repair to be carried out, bigger repairs such as elbow patches may take longer.
